Started out as an apprentice machinist, advanced to become the shop supervisor. Responsible for checking all design prints, from engineering, approving or sending back with recommended changes before manufacturing would begin. Sub contracted and built AutoSlide after the regular work day. AutoSlide is a pneumatic pick and place, slide and end effector standard product line. AutoSlide was too costly to produce in house, so I subcontracted the work and started Industrial Machine Technology. Four years later Industrial Machine Technology grew to more than a part time requirement forcing me to leave Automatic Feeder Company to run Industrial Machine Technology full time as my own company.
