Job Description:

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in medical device manufacturing. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

As an Assembler, you will perform hands-on manufacturing activities that support the production of high-quality medical devices. You will work within a regulated manufacturing environment, follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to approved procedures and work instructions
  • Perform in-process inspections to verify quality and accuracy
  • Operate manufacturing equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV curing equipment, hot boxes, and tipping machines
  • Utilize hand tools and measurement devices such as calipers, rulers, tweezers, cutters, and precision assembly tools
  • Prepare workstations and perform line clearance activities to ensure production readiness
  • Complete production records and manufacturing documentation accurately
  • Identify defects, equipment issues, or quality concerns and communicate them to production leadership
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities within manufacturing areas
  • Maintain material traceability and organization throughout the manufacturing process
  • Follow all quality system requirements, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications/Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Experience

  • Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Experience in assembly cleanroom is preferred but not required

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to accurately record production information and inspection results
  • Comfortable using computers for production documentation
  • Ability to use measurement tools such as rulers and calipers
  • Ability to use hand tools including tweezers, pliers, cutters, screwdrivers, and similar assembly tools
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment such as glue dispensers, heat guns, ovens, and soldering equipment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional demeanor
