Customer Support

pay up to $29/hr

Our client, a growing aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to support the Customer Service team during an SAP system transition. This role is ideal for someone with CRM, customer service, or sales support experience who enjoys working with data, preparing customer quotes, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and maintain customer data within the CRM, including merging duplicate accounts and correcting or removing duplicate or inaccurate quotes.
• Create and maintain customer account records in SAP.
• Learn the company's quoting process and prepare accurate customer quotations.
• Support the Customer Service team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Take on additional Customer Support responsibilities as training and business needs allow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support, or an administrative role.
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer database maintenance.
• Experience creating customer quotes or sales quotations preferred.
• ERP experience (SAP or similar) is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
