Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with accounting concentration.
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Analytical aptitude, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Can organize and prioritize job related duties.
• Strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, HR/Accounting Software
• 5 years minimum in a management role with a manufacturing background

Duties & expectations:
• Support CFO in the overall operations of the company.
• Manage accounting department and oversees all general management accounting functions.
• Month end close including review of accounting reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting package.
• Cash management and forecasting.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Provide information and coordinate various audits.
• Ensure accounting records and financial statements are in compliance with GAAP
• Maintains a clean and organized work space.
• Willing to work in a team environment and interact with departmental and supplier personnel as required.
• Identify when applicable, continuous improvement of processes and understand the contribution to the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Aware of quality policies, procedures, objectives, contribution to conformance of product, safety and ethics.
