The Video Production Intern will lead the execution of professional-grade video content supporting national marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering polished video assets used in external marketing campaigns, trade show environments, digital advertising, and internal sales training.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops video concepts aligned with product launches, advertising campaigns, and trade show strategy;
- Leads on-site video shoots including lighting, framing, audio capture, and directing internal stakeholders;
- Produces high-quality product demos, application videos, customer-facing marketing pieces, and internal training content;
- Creates motion graphics, animated text overlays, and branded intro/outro sequences;
- Executes professional color grading and audio balancing;
- Delivers platform-optimized exports for: Website landing pages ; YouTube channel ; LinkedIn campaigns ; Trade show digital displays ; Sales presentations;
- Builds and maintains an organized digital video asset management system;
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrates portfolio of professional-level work;
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision;
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and performance metrics preferred;
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and how video supports lead generation preferred;
- Experience with drones or advanced motion equipment (gimbals, sliders) preferred.
Required Education & Experience:
- Sophomore or higher-level college student pursuing a degree in:o Film & Media Production ; Digital Media ; Multimedia Design ; Marketing (with strong production background);
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro; Adobe After Effects (motion graphics required); DaVinci Resolve (color grading workflows) ; Final Cut Pro (acceptable alternative); Experience with: o Multi-camera setups
