Mechanical Assembler

pay - $20/hr

Job Description:

Operations consist of operating special assembly tools and experience to set-up equipment necessary to perform assembly operations.

• Uses drill press, and/or punch press and pneumatic press in the assembly of screwdrivers, wrenches and sub-assemblies.
• Performs repetitive fitting and assembly on various products using special assembly jigs and fixtures, hand tools and equipment incidental to the operation.
• Operations consist of completing the assembly and performing final test and inspection using electronic test equipment to established standard methods and procedures.
• May be assigned other duties as directed by supervisor.
