• Developed and implemented training procedures and quality control tools for outgoing Roselle facility.
• Worked with Corporate Engineering to correct high failure warranty returns. Reduced returns by 20% and increased customer satisfaction by 30%.
• Implemented various process improvements in tooling and grinding, resulting in a $200,000 annual cost reduction.

• Performed advanced product quality planning (APQP), manufacturing resource planning (MRP), computer aided design (CAD), and production part approval process (PPAP).
• Facilitated various projects including the John Deere 450 engine, the John Deere Sphinx, and the relocation of a multimillion dollar General Motors project. All projects completed on time and on budget.
